Cancellation Policy

~ Please acknowledge that when you are entering your card information, you won't be charged for the full service until the end of your appointment. Littles Nails LLC can charge a late/no show fees if needed at its discretion. ~ NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS. ~ Please enter your information correctly when booking, I hold no responsibility for any incorrect information entered. ~ I do not work over other nail tech's work, please schedule a soak off if needed. ~ We often lose track of time, but if you're going to be late. Please notify me ASAP! If you're more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $10 late fee on top of your service. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of your service. ~ Deposits are non-refundable, canceling your appointment 24-hours or less from its scheduled date & time will result in being charged the remainder of your nail appointment! ~ Any clients that don't notify me that they're going to be late or need to cancel their appointment will be charged 100% of their service as a No call/No show. ~ No food is allowed during service. ~ By booking, you agree 100% to my policy. ~ Deposits are REQUIRED. 50% of the main service is due when booking, the remaining amount will be payable at the end of your appointment. ~ Client’s cards with insufficient funds will eventually have to pay previous appointment in full, before booking again.
